Customer Service Associate Description

Strong customer service skills. This is a customer-facing position. Any staff member who joins our team requires a helpful can-do attitude. We are a fun destination for our customers who come to us to enjoy themselves. Service with a smile!

Staff will be trained in multiple positions to ensure diversity of tasks and make every day different and exciting.

Cashier and relaying play instruction: Serving customers and relaying information with confidence an enthusiastic approach and a friendly smile.

Supervising activities: You will be responsible for ensuring that people adhere to our rules of play to ensure a fun-filled and safe experience.

Food handling and scooping ice cream.

Daily cleaning and maintenance. We pride ourselves on our well-maintained facility. Lots of work goes into making our grounds look their best. Routine cleaning, garbage, eating areas, and maintenance of the outdoor grounds, specifically weeding and pruning.

Most shifts for our customer service associates include mid-day and evening hours.

Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring new hires, guiding them to success in their roles, and contributing to the overall growth and performance of the team.
